Three sessions have been dedicated to “take the pulse” to the life of the Order in these first two years of the term: what we have done, what we have advanced, what we have pending, what are the most important challenges, etc.
The General Assistants, four Delegates of Fr. General, General Secretary, General Treasurer, General Historian and Archivist, General Procurator and the General Postulator and Head of Communication have spoken to. We have reviewed the life of each Circumscription and the management carried out in each of the areas of the Organization of the General Curia. All the reports have been very rich, and have raised questions and reflections.
The last session of the afternoon has been a meeting with the General Council of the Fraternity. The members of the Council of the Fraternity have reported to the Superiors over all matters relating to the life of the Fraternity, and have proposed a shared reflection about the new scenarios we are experiencing and the shared path that we are traveling together the Order and the Fraternity.
The day ended with the celebration of the Eucharist, presided by Fr. Thomas Pallithazhathu, Vice-Provincial of India. We finished our work with the joy of the encounter that we will have tomorrow with the Holy Father Francis.
