Provincial, Fr. Moses Kongmi. They were all together close to 60 juniors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In his homily on the parable of the wedding banquet (Mt 22, 1-14), Fr. Provincial invited the juniors to foster humility, vigilance, and sincere commitment to their calling as a gift from God. Reflecting on the nature of their vocation, he outlines five key points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The King&#8217;s Generous Invitation:<\/strong> Vocation is a gift from God, a grace that one receives humbly and with gratitude. It is not something to be claimed or earned.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Attitude of the Guests:<\/strong> God is not dependent on anyone. The banquet will continue even if people refuse the invitation. This is a lesson in humility, reminding religious that they are not indispensable to God&#8217;s mission.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Universal Call:<\/strong> The invitation is extended to &#8220;everyone, good and bad alike,&#8221; signifying that God&#8217;s kingdom is open to all, transcending all forms of exclusion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Wedding Garment: Authenticity:<\/strong> Simply being present is not enough. The &#8220;wedding garment&#8221; represents a life clothed in Christ\u2014a life of prayer, humility, and service. It calls for authenticity, not just wearing the habit or holding a title.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Joy and Seriousness of the Banquet:<\/strong> Vocation is a blend of joy and seriousness.
