From 21 to 23 November 2025, young people passionate about theatre gathered at the Queen of Peace Piarist Schools in \u0141owicz to take part in the fifteenth edition of the Piarist Theatre Festival. More than 100 young actors from the Piarist presences of Boles\u0142awiec, Bolszewo, \u0141owicz, Krak\u00f3w, Pozna\u0144 and Warsaw took part, performing their plays on this year\u2019s main theme, which was related to the family. They prepared theatrical studies, pantomimes, dramatic works and comedies.<\/p>\n

Below we publish the list of the plays with their titles, the names and origins of the groups, as well as the surnames of the scriptwriters and directors:<\/p>\n

  1. \u201cThe Happy Do Not Feel Happiness\u201d, performed by a high school group from Boles\u0142awiec; script: Stanis\u0142aw Skupie\u0144; direction: Szymon Pa\u0142ka.<\/li>\n
  2. Monodrama \u201cRaw Material\u201d, prepared by Gabriela Tarczy\u0144ska, also from Boles\u0142awiec.<\/li>\n
  3. \u201cIn Search of Their \u2018Self\u2019\u201d, performed by the parish group from Bolszewo; script: Justyna Bia\u0142ek; direction: Marek Czoska.<\/li>\n
  4. \u201cPaths of Destiny\u201d, a play by the group \u201cMimesis\u201d from the parish of Bolszewo, directed by Marek Czoska.<\/li>\n
  5. \u201cI Would Like to Be Your Wings\u201d, performed by the host school group from \u0141owicz, directed by Beata Jeziorowska.<\/li>\n
  6. \u201cThe United Family that Pulls the Radish \u2013 Comic Theatre based on J. Tuwim\u201d, prepared by the \u201cRadishes\u201d group from the primary school in Krak\u00f3w, directed by Klaudia Puterko.<\/li>\n
  7. \u201cClosed Registration\u201d, presented by the high school group from Krak\u00f3w, \u201cThe Drawer Troupe\u201d, directed by Amadine Duma.<\/li>\n
  8. \u201cPastoral Carol from the Bieszczady\u201d, by the \u201cYoung Talents Studio\u201d of the primary school in Warsaw, directed by Beata Zaborek.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This year, among the experts who assessed and supported the young actors were the performers Jakub Michalak, Iga Maciejewska, Jakub St\u0119pie\u0144 and Milena Frej from the university theatre \u201cAntrakt\u201d of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toru\u0144. The experts gave the actors feedback on each performance, as well as ideas and encouragement to continue their work. In addition, they led workshops for the participants on working with one\u2019s own body, diction, intonation, communication within the group and proxemics. The panel of experts also appeared before the audience with their own play entitled \u201cSecret Story\u201d.<\/p>\n

    During the intense weekend, there was also time for a short sightseeing tour of the city of \u0141owicz, for community prayer and the Eucharist, as well as for an integration activity with dancing.<\/p>\n

    This event could not have taken place without the great commitment of the organisers: Beata Jeziorowska, Fr. Marek Barczewski and a large group of animators from \u0141owicz, who took care of every aspect of the meeting, looking after every detail.<\/p>\n
