With deep joy and gratitude, the Province of Argentina has launched a new edition of the School of Christian Educators from the Piarist Charism, a space for integral formation which, with more than twenty years of history, has become a significant formative proposal at the service of the educational mission.<\/p>\n
At the beginning of this year, Cohort 11 of the School has begun its journey, with the participation of more than 60 teachers from all educational levels. The participants come from the various educational works of the Province, as well as from associated schools, enriching the exchange of experiences and strengthening the bonds among those who share the same educational and evangelising vocation.<\/p>\n
The start of this new cohort was a privileged opportunity to approach in a living way the Mysteries of Christian life, to deepen knowledge of the life and educational-spiritual proposal of Saint Joseph Calasanz, and to renew the meaning of daily prayer as the source and support of teaching ministry. The School seeks to integrate faith, life and educational work, helping educators to reinterpret their mission from a vocational and ecclesial perspective.<\/p>\n
The programme is supported by the close accompaniment of Piarist religious and committed lay people, who actively collaborate in the preparation and development of classes, activities and spaces for dialogue. Throughout this year and the first part of the next, participants will continue their formation through personal and group assignments, a virtual forum and further in-person meetings.<\/p>\n
The School of Educators, which also has recognition as a university diploma programme, reaffirms the commitment of the Order to integral, Christian and Piarist education, at the service of educators and, through them, of the children and young people entrusted to our mission.<\/p>\n
