The Generalate House of San Pantaleo in Rome hosted four intense working days to coordinate the Order\u2019s editorial, communications and image projects.<\/p>\n

From 24 to 27 February, the Communications Office held a strategic meeting in Rome under the coordination of Fr Julio Alberto \u00c1lvarez. The sessions, held at the Generalate House of San Pantaleo, served to lay the logistical and informational foundations for the Order\u2019s forthcoming events.<\/p>\n

The agenda began on 25 February with a meeting with Fr Carles Gil, Father General, during which matters such as Ediciones Calasancias<\/em>, pending publications, and the signage for the Generalate House were addressed. Preparations were also discussed for the General Chapter of 2027 and the next Council of Major Superiors, which will take place in Bratislava.<\/p>\n

In the educational field, the Office met with the dissemination team for Non-Formal Education to move forward with the launch of the General Network of Non-Formal Education, the development of its corporate identity and its web presence.<\/p>\n

On 26 February, together with Fr Jacek Wolan, General Assistant for Europe, we addressed the coordination of communications for the forthcoming International Meeting of Young Piarists (PYM), which will be held this summer in the Hungarian city of Cluj-Napoca (Kolozsv\u00e1r). The team then visited the facilities where the General Chapter of 2027 will take place, with a view to beginning preparations, becoming familiar with the spaces and identifying initial logistical needs.<\/p>\n

The day also included meetings with Csaba Szabo, the new communications coordinator of the Hungarian Province, to consider the role of communications in relation to the Order, as well as with Fr Daniel Toro, responsible for Pastoral Care for Vocations, with whom final details were settled for the \u201cSer Escolapio\u201d website and its related merchandise.<\/p>\n

The meeting concluded on 27 February with a recap session and an intervention by the General Postulator, Fr \u00c1ngel Ayala, who presented a proposal for the redesign and signage of the Generalate House.<\/p>\n

The days unfolded in the usual atmosphere of trust, with the fraternal hospitality of the San Pantaleo community.<\/p>\n
