On the afternoon of November 5, the Pious Schools of Bethany Province dressed up for the solemn profession of Borja de la R\u00faa Ruiz de Mar\u00eda de Nazaret. It was an emotional celebration, and Borja was surrounded by his parents, brothers, a large representation of Piarist religious coming from all the presences, juniors, as well as friends and members of the Fraternity.<\/p>\n

Fr. Provincial, Jorge Ivan Ruiz, stressed in the homily that this step is the beginning of a new life dedicated to the Lord. Ivan said, “Today we celebrate the total surrender of Borja to Christ. Today he says yes to the Lord, voluntarily and freely.” “May the Lord be the master of your life and be, for the little ones, witnesses of the love of Jesus,” he remarked.<\/p>\n

Fr. Ivan highlighted the quote from Calasanz that Borja has used in his reminders “that you can make it life and keep it always present”: “Keep united to Christ, the Lord, desiring to live only for Him and to please Him alone”.<\/p>\n

The celebration was animated by the choir of Getafe and a good number of friends, relatives and young people from the pastoral groups who wanted to be present at this important step of Borja. Congratulations!<\/p>\n
