No one forgets how important youth ministry is for the renewal of the Church and the transformation of society. It is a very important dimension of our Piarist ministry, which has become increasingly important in the Order, as reflected in the Road Map of the six-year period and the importance it gives to accompanying young people and especially to the evangelising proposal of the Calasanz Movement.<\/p>\n
This youth ministry cannot simply be a mobilisation of young people for unrelated activities, only to lose them without having made with them a real journey of human growth and spiritual discernment to help them define a life project in line with the Gospel to be lived in community. A pastoral ministry that is truly a place of growth in Christian and Calasanctian vocation needs committed and trained pastoral workers.<\/p>\n
Therefore, with the beginning of the 23-24 school year, the Youth Pastoral Network has already introduced a new training offer for our pastoral workers and for all interested people in the Church in Spain and America. Always in an online format, six short workshops and three longer courses are offered. The aim of this offer is to address fundamental questions of youth ministry and to open spaces for formation, reflection and analysis, uniting the richness of participants from Spain and from many Latin American countries. The experience we have had so far with the Course for Animators of Pastoral Processes with young people, which will soon enter its third edition, encourages us to live the conviction that youth ministry must adapt to new times in order to offer the Good News with joy to the new generations. In addition to this course, which runs throughout the school year, there are two other courses of different lengths. One is Pastoral Care with Young People, of shorter duration and without face-to-face sessions. The other is Biblical Theology for Young People, for which the first of the six planned modules has already been structured. This first module will consist of six sessions taking place in the months of October to December, with the participation of different teachers from the Piarist Fathers and Marist experts.<\/p>\n
In addition to these three courses, which will have a certain importance in terms of hours, smaller workshops will also be offered, which will focus on specific and essential aspects of youth ministry. For example, topics such as accompaniment, vocational culture, interiority and prayer, digital evangelisation, affective maturity and emotional education, as well as the development of the youth pastoral project will be presented.<\/p>\n
In addition to these courses and workshops, the RPJ training website provides each pastoral team with a diagnostic tool that offers criteria and basic elements for youth pastoral development. It is a digital test that we recommend completing as a team and that can help discover the strengths and weaknesses of our work in youth ministry.<\/p>\n
Red Pastoral Juvenil is growing day by day with content adapted to our times and with proposals that help us accompany our young people. Red Pastoral Juvenil already involves people from different Piarist provinces and also other religious institutions who, like us, love young people and want to build the Kingdom of God with them. Salesians, La Salle, Adsis, Catholic Action, etc… share with us some of these proposals that illuminate the work of so many pastoral actors. You are invited, as a Piarist, religious or lay person, to participate actively in this network. A nadie se nos olvida la importancia de la pastoral juvenil para la renovaci\u00f3n de la Iglesia y la transformaci\u00f3n de la sociedad. Se trata de una dimensi\u00f3n muy importante de nuestro ministerio escolapio, que en la orden ha adquirido un creciente protagonismo, como se ha plasmado en la Hoja de Ruta del sexenio y la importancia que desde ella se da al acompa\u00f1amiento de los j\u00f3venes, y en concreto a la propuesta evangelizadora que es el Movimiento Calasanz.\u00a0<\/p>
Esta pastoral juvenil no puede ser un mero movilizar a j\u00f3venes en actividades inconexas, para luego perderlos sin haber hecho con ellos y ellas un verdadero camino de crecimiento humano y de discernimiento espiritual, para ayudarlos a definir un proyecto de vida en sinton\u00eda con el Evangelio, que sea vivido en comunidad. Una pastoral que sea verdaderamente un lugar de crecer en la vocaci\u00f3n cristiana y calasancia necesita de agentes de pastoral dedicados y formados.\u00a0<\/p>
Es por ello que, con el inicio del curso escolar 23-24, la Red de Pastoral Juvenil ha presentado ya una nueva propuesta de formaci\u00f3n para nuestros agentes de pastoral y para todas las personas de la iglesia en Espa\u00f1a y Am\u00e9rica que puedan estar interesadas. Siempre en formato online, se ofrecen seis talleres de corta duraci\u00f3n y 3 cursos de m\u00e1s extensi\u00f3n en el tiempo. Con esta propuesta se quieren abordar temas b\u00e1sicos de la pastoral juvenil, y abrir espacios de formaci\u00f3n, reflexi\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis sobre los mismos, combinando la riqueza de participantes desde Espa\u00f1a y desde muchos pa\u00edses de Latinoam\u00e9rica. La experiencia vivida hasta ahora con el Curso de Animador\/a de Procesos de Pastoral con J\u00f3venes, que comenzar\u00e1 en breve su tercera edici\u00f3n, nos anima a vivir la convicci\u00f3n de que la pastoral juvenil necesita adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos para ofrecer con alegr\u00eda la Buena Noticia a las nuevas generaciones. Junto a este curso que abarca todo el curso escolar, se ofrecen tambi\u00e9n otros dos cursos de diferente extensi\u00f3n. Uno es el de Pastoral con J\u00f3venes, de menor duraci\u00f3n y sin sesiones presenciales. Y otro es el de Teolog\u00eda B\u00edblica para J\u00f3venes, del que ya se ha estructurado el primer m\u00f3dulo de los seis previstos. Este primer m\u00f3dulo constar\u00e1 de seis sesiones a impartirse durante los meses de octubre a diciembre, y en \u00e9l participaran diferentes profesores del \u00e1mbito escolapio y del \u00e1mbito marista.\u00a0<\/p>
Junto a estos tres cursos de cierta importancia en cuanto a n\u00famero de horas, se ofrecen tambi\u00e9n talleres de formato m\u00e1s reducido que quieren incidir en aspectos concretos y acentos imprescindibles en la pastoral juvenil. As\u00ed, por ejemplo, se presentan temas como el Acompa\u00f1amiento, la Cultura Vocacional, la Interioridad y la Oraci\u00f3n, la Evangelizaci\u00f3n Digital, la Madurez Afectiva y Educaci\u00f3n Emocional, y la elaboraci\u00f3n del Proyecto de Pastoral con J\u00f3venes.\u00a0<\/p>
Junto a estos cursos y talleres, la web formativa de RPJ pone a disposici\u00f3n de cualquier equipo pastoral una Herramienta Diagn\u00f3stico que ofrece criterios y elementos b\u00e1sicos para el desarrollo de una pastoral juvenil. Se trata de un test digital que recomendamos completar en equipo, y que puede ayudar a descubrir las fortalezas y debilidades de cualquiera de nuestras obras en lo que a pastoral juvenil se refiere.\u00a0<\/p>
Red Pastoral Juvenil crece d\u00eda a d\u00eda en contenidos adaptados a nuestros tiempos, y en propuestas que nos ayuden a acompa\u00f1ar a nuestros j\u00f3venes. En Red Pastoral Juvenil participamos ya personas de diferentes provincias escolapias, y tambi\u00e9n otras instituciones religiosas que, como la nuestra, est\u00e1n enamoradas de los j\u00f3venes y quieren con ellos y ellas construir reino. Salesianos, La Salle, Adsis, Acci\u00f3n Cat\u00f3lica, etc... comparten con nosotros varias de estas propuestas que iluminan el quehacer de tantos agentes de pastoral. Est\u00e1s invitado como escolapio\/a, religioso o laico\/a a participar activamente de esta red. Puedes hacerlo desde ya compartiendo y divulgando la propuesta formativa para el curso 23-24, y por supuesto, puedes invitar a tu equipo en la presencia, o a tu provincia entera, a participar m\u00e1s activamente en los diferentes \u00e1mbitos de RPJ.\u00a0<\/p>
