Under the motto “Do you want to know if you have the perfect 🛠 in your youth ministry?”, the RPJ (Red de Pastoral Juvenil) has made available to Piarists Demarcations a free diagnostic tool for evaluating the pastoral process with young people (https://diagnostico.rpj.es/). The methodology allows you to immediately obtain a diagnostic result that will help your team to plan and advance the accompaniment of groups of young people.
In addition, the RPJ offers you a WORKSHOP TO DEVELOP YOUR YOUTH PASTORAL PROJECT to accompany the process of pastoral programming.
A broad spectrum of training
The RPJ training team is a reference platform for training in youth pastoral care in collaboration with other institutions that are members of the RPJ.
To this end, it develops online training resources in various formats to strengthen the capacity of youth leadership and shares this content to enrich each other as a Church.
The aim, as the RPJ says, is “to accompany us as institutions and youth group leaders to lead us towards processes of pastoral quality in the current reality, starting from the keys of the Youth Synod, faith and vocational discernment”.
