The 3rd Piarist CDL — Leadership Dynamics Course — took place from 19 to 22 June in Belo Horizonte, bringing together young representatives of Piarist Youth groups from across Brazil. The course, based on a methodology long established by the Youth Ministry, focuses on strengthening youth leadership through comprehensive and participatory formation.

The content centred around five key themes: the Johari Window, group dynamics, human dignity, Church and community, and how to strengthen and care for youth groups. Each theme was explored through talks, practical workshops, group sharing and lived experiences, fostering self-awareness, a sense of responsibility, and commitment to the Piarist mission.

The CDL does not end with the meeting. It is part of an ongoing formation process, designed by the pastoral ministry team of the Brazil-Bolivia Province and the Piarist parishes network. Its goal is to consolidate youth leadership projects in the various presences and ministries.

It is hoped that the young participants return to their local realities strengthened and motivated to revitalise their groups, contributing actively to the building of lifestyles and communities that are more fraternal, aware and committed to the Gospel.
