The Third Calasanzian Educational Conclave was held with great enthusiasm at Villa Nazareth English Medium School, Aryanadu, bringing together educators from five Calasanzian schools for two inspiring days of learning, collaboration, and fellowship.
The event commenced with a gracious welcome address by Rev. Fr. Jins Joseph, Sch. P., the Area In-charge of the Education Ministry, who set the tone for the days ahead with his insightful words on the transformative power of education. The Conclave was formally inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Stalin, Sch. P., the Vice-Provincial of the Indian Vice-Province, whose address emphasized the importance of continuous professional growth among teachers.
On the morning of the 3rd, participants attended an enriching session on the topic “Life-Long Learning with Resilience – Thriving Through Challenges as Teachers.” The session was skillfully led by Dr. B. Raveendran Nair, the esteemed resource person, whose inspiring discourse motivated teachers to embrace adaptability and perseverance in their educational journey.
The afternoon session witnessed dynamic group discussions and collaborative activities, encouraging interaction and the exchange of innovative ideas among educators from the participating schools. The day concluded with a vibrant cultural evening, where teachers showcased their creativity and talent, adding color and joy to the conclave.
The second day (4th October) began with an innovative sharing session, during which all five schools presented the creative practices and new educational strategies implemented in their institutions. This was followed by an interactive session led by the principals of the participating schools, each of whom addressed diverse topics, sharing their expertise and practical insights. The discussions proved to be immensely fruitful, offering new perspectives and thought-provoking ideas.
The conclave culminated with a refreshing evening outing to the picturesque hill station of Ponmudi, providing the participants with a time of relaxation, bonding, and reflection amidst nature’s beauty.
The 3rd Calasanzian Educational Conclave thus came to a meaningful conclusion — leaving every participant inspired, rejuvenated, and committed to fostering excellence in education through shared vision and collaboration.
