P. Jesús Elizari Díez originally from the city of Pamplona, Spain. He was born on 23rd August 1964. He began his novitiate on 17th September 1982 and made his first profession of religious vows on 4th September 1983 in the former Province of Vasconia. He professed the solemn profession in the same province on 12th November 1989. He was ordained a priest on 23rd March 1991.
He was also Assistant Provincial in the former province of Vasconia in 1999 and then again in the new province of Emmaus in 2007-2012 and 2013-2018. He was elected Provincial of the same Emmaus Province for 2019-2023.
His educational and priestly ministerial service has been carried out mainly in/from the communities of Pamplona-Iruña Padres Escolapios “San Fermín” and Padres Escolapios “San José de Calasanz” in Zaragoza.
We thank Fr. Jesús Elizari for serving the Pious Schools again by coordinating, accompanying and opening the way to the Piarist mission in the Province of Emmaus. Thank you for guiding the communities under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
