Félicien Mouendji, Assistant General for Africa, visited the Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso from 6 to 16 January 2023. The purpose of the visit to these two countries was to make an economic review of our presence with a view to full sustainability.
The first stage of the visit was Côte d’Ivoire, a country where we have three presences: Abidjan, Daloa and Agboville. In Daloa, we held the meeting in the presence of the Provincial of West Africa, members of all the communities and some lay people.
Burkina Faso was the second stage of the visit. In this country, we have a community in a village called Zingane, where we have opened a nursery school. Here we held the meeting with the three community members, the Provincial and two lay people.
In Côte d’Ivoire, as in Burkina Faso, in the exchanges, there was a familiar feeling: to make progress towards sustainability in all our different presences.
