The Provincial Chapter of the Hungarian Province of the Order of the Pious Schools, on 28 February 2023 in Mátraverebély-Szentkút, elected Father Viktor ZSÓDI (who bears the religious name of Blessed Carlos Navarro) as the new Provincial Superior for the next four years.
Fr Viktor Zsódi was born on 13 June 1981 in Szeged, took his simple vows on 23 August 2008, his solemn vows on 14 September 2014, and was ordained priest on 26 May 2007.
Fr. Zsódi was a teacher in Budapest and Szeged; and Principal in Mosonmagyaróvár. Since September 2020, he has served as a provincial assistant.
