Day 1: 30.09.2023
Morning
The whole School premises were decorated with balloons, lighting and a good seating arrangement. The function began at 8 a.m. with an energetic welcome dance by the Villa Nazereth English Medium School students. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the hands of the fathers, and the three coordinators of each school. A welcome speech and addressing the gathering was given by Rev Fr. Stalin Nasianse, the Vice-provincial of India. After the inaugural program, teachers were segregated as different teams for the further classes which were taken by the three school Principals.
Afternoon
The afternoon session had a workshop on “Teachers Self Evaluation” which has been done by filling the questionnaire and group discussion followed by the presentation of each group.
In the evening, teachers were taken part in the cultural events and soon after the program, Rev. Fr. Stalin Nasianse gave a speech thanking and honoring all the teachers who possess more than ten years working experience in Calasanz school with an award, for their role in helping the school achieve new heights.
Day 2: 01.10.2023
Morning
The second day was started with the aerobic exercise followed by the prayer led by the Kamda school teachers. The morning session contains the experiential sharing and demo classes by the school teachers. Then our resource person Mrs. Shiny Mathew delivered a lecture on “Challenges of the 21st century/ NEP”.
Afternoon
In the afternoon, Teachers were taken to sightseeing. The Calasanz gathering 2023 happily ended up with the evaluation and feedback session at 9.00 pm. Rev Fr. Stalin congratulated each one for every effort taken to make this function successful.
