Fr Pedro Aguado and the General Congregation have once again called on the young Piarists to live the Calasanz Route. Fr Pedro explains that the Calasanz Route is intended to offer young Piarists at the end of their initial formation the opportunity to meet, to share their vocation experiences, to engage in joint reflection on the challenges that our vocation entails at this time and to move forward in the dynamics of the Order, which must be considered together by the younger religious who are taking on their final commitments. And all this with the help of the experience we have in the most important places of Calasanz: Peralta de la Sal and the Calasanctian places in Aragon, Catalonia and Rome.
This Generation 2024 has brought together 14 demarcations of the Order. The friars who have participated are:

The Calasanz Route is divided into three stages. the friars are now in the first stage, the first days. The three stages consist of: the first, the visit to San Faustino Míguez in Getafe, and the vocation discernment days in Peralta de la Sal; the second, through the Calasanctian places where the Holy Father Calasanz developed his personal formation, as well as his first years of priestly ministry in Catalonia. And finally, the third, in Rome, where Fr Pedro Aguado received them and developed a series of activities to learn about Calasanz’s path in his devotion to the poor children and young people in Rome. This is the origin of the new charism in the Church, which consists of educating and forming good habits of piety and literature. This journey in the footsteps of the founder culminated in the solemn vows and ordinations to the diaconate and priesthood of the following brothers:
