The General Team of the Calasanz Movement organised and led a first workshop of the Calasanz Movement in Spanish for the training of educators in the different Demarcations of America. This training proposal was carried out in 8 blocks or themes on the 4 Saturdays of April. It focused on key issues of knowledge of the movement’s model, its foundations and strategies for accompaniment, leadership and didactic tools for group management.
This workshop is part of the five training proposals that the Calasanz Movement has defined in its model: 1 – Presentation, 2 – Initial Workshop, 3 – Basic Course, 4 – Advanced Course, 5 – Permanent Training.
We thank all those who have registered and participated for their desire to take care of their formation in this ministry that they provide in their presentations, and those who have made the development of the workshop possible. We hope that we can continue to take care of the training of those who offer this ministry of animation and formation in the communities of each level.
