From 7 to 9 November 2025, at the invitation of the Hungarian provincial team of the Calasanz Movement (CM), a delegation of seven members from Poland took part in a formation meeting for CM animators.
The aim of the meeting was to share experiences, get to know the structure and work of the Calasanz Movement in Hungary, and observe the Hungarian team leading a formation session for almost 70 young animators. The warm and fraternal atmosphere strengthened the ties between our two Provinces, united by the same mission: to guide children and young people towards a deeper relationship with Our Lord Jesus Christ. The meeting was held under the patronage of Blessed Pedro Casani, Sch. P.
For almost ten years, the Hungarian CM team has been developing the dynamic of the Movement in their country. They spoke about the challenges of being small, but, thanks to perseverance and a deep sense of mission, they have achieved a great deal. Their vision of the Calasanz Movement is inspiring, and they continue to look ahead with hope and enthusiasm.
The meeting offered the Polish participants the opportunity to enter into deep conversations on how to strengthen the CM community. Through reflections, testimonies and shared dialogue, both groups enriched one another on their path of faith and service.
“The trip was an opportunity to see our work from a new perspective. Meeting leaders and exchanging experiences was truly motivating,” shared Alicja Rodakowska, animator from Krakow.
“The encounter was very inspiring. I realised that the Polish Piarist CM community we are building has the potential to become a work of following Jesus even more beautiful than we imagined at the beginning,” said junior Jarosław Kuczaj, Sch. P., responsible for the CM in the Province of Poland.
