For a number of years, the Piarists have sought to renew and promote Continuing Prayer in our schools, in fidelity to the legacy of St Joseph Calasanz and in a desire to adapt it to our times. In order to promote this pedagogy of prayer and revitalize the Continuing Prayer of our children, we have developed and offered various resources that have been used in various Demarcations and works of our Order.
Following this line of action, marked by our General Chapters, we intend that the spirit and practice of Continuing Prayer be spread, propagated and reach all Piarist educators who are carrying out our Calasanctian mission in so many places of the Order.
To this end, we have created a digital repository on the blog “Recoger y derramar” (oracioncontinua.com) where you can find all the materials used in the practise of our continuous prayer (folders, cards, music, images, etc.) in digital form.
