At the end of last January the Encounter of Vocational Ministry Leaders of the Pious Schools was held in Santo Domingo. It was an important meeting, in which the participants could share with openness and in which clear options were marked to “advance in the development of an authentic Piarist vocational culture“[1]. I will try to collect some of the ideas and options worked on, in order to contribute to socialize what I experienced during the meeting. I will transmit the convictions that were most valued in the meeting, or that found echoes of greater commitment, and I will highlight some bets that I think we should take into account.
