The General Team of the Calasanz Movement has presented the motto for the next school year “Pilgrims of Hope”. The motto coincides with the Pope’s call for the Jubilee 2025 and is a way to promote together the ecclesial proposal to join the Church as Piarists in this call of the Pope “to restore a climate of hope and trust, as a sign of a new rebirth that we all perceive as urgent”. As the Pope himself explains, “all this will be possible if we are able to recover a sense of universal brotherhood, if we do not close our eyes to the tragedy of rampant poverty that prevents millions of men, women, young people and children from leading a dignified life”. It is about “keeping the flame of hope that has been given to us burning and doing everything we can to ensure that everyone regains the strength and certainty to look to the future with an open mind, a trusting heart and a broad vision”,” writes Francis in his Jubilee letter.
The logo plays with the idea of a road leading to the Cross of hope in a very simple and functional composition and is available in different languages. We will also soon be providing further creative materials to support the realisation and promotion of the slogan.
