Rise Up is the Piarist attitude needed to live the next Calasanctian Youth Day in the context of World Youth Day, which this year will be held in Lisbon, August 1-6. The official motto of WYD is “Mary arose and departed without delay” (Lk 1:39). In the exhortation, Pope Francis also quotes the encyclical Christus Vivit: “Where does Jesus send us? There are no frontiers, there are no limits: he sends us to everyone. The Gospel is not for some but for all” (CV 177).
