The Piarist Yearbook 2022 addresses one of the most exciting challenges facing the Order and the Pious Schools as a whole: interculturality. Our Order, like the Church and society, is deeply pluralistic and diverse. We live together with people of different traditions, cultures, languages and sensibilities, and we build pious schools. In addition, we try to walk together. Our ability to do things together while being diverse, to build community while being diverse, to educate as Piarists while being diverse is, as I said, exciting.
This Yearbook seeks to portray the richness of the moment in which we live, knowing that what matters is the dynamic that makes it possible for this diversity to become common responses, in common life, in fraternal approaches, in witness to communion and dedication to mission.
